AN ATTACKER has been ordered to pay compensation after assaulting two emergency workers in an incident in Hereford.
Lorna McDonald entered guilty pleas to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker by beating when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford in February.
The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 31-year-old had assaulted two police constables, who were acting in the course of their duties, by beating in Hereford on January 23.

McDonald, of Kilvert Road in Hereford, was fined £333, with magistrates saying they had taken her guilty plea into account when deciding on the penalty.
She was also ordered to pay compensation of £100 to the first officer and £75 to the second, and a £133 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
No order for prosecution costs was made to allow compensation to take priority.
