AN "ATTRACTIVE" former chapel with redevelopment potential in a busy Herefordshire street is up for sale.
The agents said the building, which has good frontage to Burgess Street in Leominster, has planning permission for upper floor residential conversion, offers redevelopment potential, and is available with vacant possession.

Internally, the two-storey Old Chapel, which has most recently been used as a hairdressing salon, features a staff kitchen, utility room, store, and toilet facilities on the ground floor, and a large open retail or salon area on the upper mezzanine level.
There is also a rear consulting room, small office, and toilet on the upper level, Sunderlands said.
The agents said the property is well-presented with plastered walls, exposed beams, and laminate flooring.
Outside, the former chapel has a pitched slate roof and roundheaded windows to the front.
Sunderlands said there is a traditionally-constructed single-storey addition to the rear.
