A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined by magistrates after breaking a ban imposed by a court.
John Evans entered a guilty plea to one count of breaching a non-molestation order when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in February.
The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 63-year-old had, without reasonable excuse, driven and parked within 100 metres of a property in the Leominster area on October 12 last year.

He was prohibited from doing this by a non-molestation order imposed by a court in 2018.
Evans, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Andrew Cleal and who is of Kings Road, Orleton, was fined £80, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when deciding on the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £185 and a £32 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
