A THREAT to kill-accused Hereford man has been sent to the crown court.
James Loveridge appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster in February accused of one count of making threats to kill, one count of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour, and one count of harassment without violence.
The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 30-year-old is accused of making a threat to kill a woman in Hereford, intending that she would fear that the threat would be carried out, between April 12, 2021 and December 13, 2022.
He is also accused of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of the same woman, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her, between January 10 and February 21 this year in Hereford.
