A HEREFORDSHIRE teen will be sentenced later this month after disrupting work at a fuel terminal in Essex.
Louisa Hadden appeared before magistrates in Chelmsford in February accused of one count of obstructing or disrupting a person engaged in a lawful activity.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 19-year-old was accused of trespassing on land at the Navigator Fuel Terminal, where people were engaged in lawful oil refinery work, in Purfleet, Essex, on April 6 last year.

She had, the prosecutor said, entered the secure site, climbed a gangway, got into a sleeping bag, and lay down, refusing to move, with the intention of obstructing or disrupting work on the site.
Hadden, who had entered a not guilty plea to the charge, was found guilty by magistrates.
The case was adjourned and Hadden, of Madley, Herefordshire, was released on unconditional bail.
She will appear before magistrates in Chelmsford for sentencing on March 16.
