Warne died in March 2022 after a heart attack, with Hurley saying at the time: "I feel like the sun has gone behind a cloud forever."
Now, 12 months on, she has shared a touching post on Instagram to her 2.6 million followers.
She posted a picture of herself with Warne on the Pont des Arts bridge in Paris.
It has since been liked by more than 40,000 people.
She said: "A year without Shane. You’ll be missed forever. I hope our padlock is still there ❤️."
Her only son Damian commented and said: "💔 I love you Mama xxx"
Warne's son Jackson left a heart emoji, as did Australian singer and actress Natalie Imbruglia.
Hurley and Warne bought £6 million mansion Donnington Hall, just a couple of miles outside of Ledbury, in 2012 but cancelled their planned wedding a year later.
Warne would later reveal that his days with Hurley had been the “happiest time” of his life.
