ROADS conditions are treacherous this morning after a blanket of snow fell overnight.
Some roads are reported to be impassable this morning by traffic monitoring service Inrix.

A44, Bromyard: Queueing traffic and road is impassable due to snow on A44 both ways between Bromyard and Knightwick. Traffic is struggling on the inclines along this stretch. UPDATE 11am: passable
The A44 Bromyard bypass is also covered in a blanket of snow this morning, with conditions difficult.
A465, Burley Gate :Queueing traffic and road is impassable due to snow on A465 Hereford Road both ways from Burley Gate to Bromyard. Traffic is struggling on the inclines along this stretch. UPDATE 10am: Snow cleared, now passable, traffic easing
A49 Hope Under Dinmore: A49 both ways just passable due to snow from A417 (Hope-under-Dinmore junction, Hope Under Dinmore) to Marden turn off (Wellington). UPDATE 10am: Snow cleared, now passable

A488 Monaughty: both ways closed due to snow between the Presteigne turn-off (Monaughty) and the Dolau turn-off (Dolau).
M5 Worcestershire: one lane blocked and queueing traffic due to recovery work and broken down van on M5 southbound between J6 A4538 Pershore Lane (Worcester) and J7 A44 (Worcester/Evesham). Lane one (of three) is blocked.
