A HEREFORDSHIRE eatery is going from strength to strength and is now extending its opening hours.
Less than two years ago, Nic and Holly Sims said they opened the doors to their "unlikely business" in Ledbury and they offered exclusively plant based food, good books and quirky events.
They said their eatery, Pot and Page in New Street, had been such a success that they will now be extending their opening hours to include evening service, adding a unique dining experience to Ledbury nightlife.

They are now hoping for a great 2023 where they will be able to grow their dream business more.
"The business has won hearts by serving good quality home-cooked vegan food, tempting even the staunchest of carnivores," they said, adding they pride themselves on working with as many high-quality local suppliers as possible, with ties to Wilces Cider, Kontext Coffee, Tustons Market Garden, Three Choirs, Skittery Family Orchard, Sweet Potato Co, Peter Cooks, Artistraw and more.
Their efforts have seen them recently take home the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2022, and they said it looked like 2023 has even more in store.
"But the real reason Pot & Page has thrived is deeper than just good quality food and drink," they said.
"This family-run eatery has made its mark by becoming a hub for the local community; hosting unusual events to bring strangers together, running a warm space and free soup scheme for those in need and hosting a free seed library, among many other things."
Mr Sims added: “The support we have received has been overwhelming and given us the drive to continue to grow our dream business."

Mrs Sims added: “We started Pot and Page with a baby and toddler in tow, it was a steep learning curve, there wasn’t much sleep to be had and we didn’t know how successful a vegan business would be.
"But now that we’ve found our feet and have received so much encouragement and local support, we are ready to offer even more."
Pot and Page will be extending its opening hours from March 23, staying open until 10pm from Thursday to Sunday, while maintaining daytime hours on Wednesdays.
They will celebrate the launch of their dinner service with an opening party on Saturday, March 25, with live music from jazz duo Rendez-Blues and their brand new spring menu.
