Ledbury is the coolest place to live in Herefordshire, according to a new survey.
Described as a 'jewel in the Midlands', the market town was named 23rd in a list of the 50 coolest places to live by health and well-being brand Naturecan.
Ross-on-Wye was the second coolest place in the county, followed by Kington, Bromyard and Weobley.

Locations were ranked according to the number of independent shops per head of population, the range of cultural events, how ‘Instagrammable’ the best features were and their popularity as a location for films and TV shows.
Ledbury has been used several times as a filming location including for Dracula which starred David Suchet in 2006 and, more recently, The Canterville Ghost two years ago.
The town's historic streets are lined with independent shops, bars and restaurants, and is surrounded by hills, orchards and woods.

Naturecan set up panels throughout the UK to find out the coolest location for each county and big city and it monitored Instagram ‘likes’ for each location in the top 50. Polperro in Cornwall topped the list, followed by Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk and Marlow in Buckinghamshire.
Closer to home, Church Stretton was 11th and Nailsworth, in Gloucestershire, 17th.
Andy Duckworth, chief executive at Naturecan, said: “All the 50 places on the list would have been worthy winners and show why the UK and Herefordshire in particular are such beautiful places, loved by film makers and tourists from all over the world.

“What is interesting is how influential Instagram has become in boosting tourism in many of our top 50. It is a massive help for visitor numbers, too, if a popular film or TV show uses a town as a location.
“Hidden gems which are largely only visited by local tourists can find themselves being showcased throughout the world if they are pictured by the right influencer or featured in a movie.”
