A HEREFORDSHIRE village development site with planning permission for 10 new houses is up for sale.
The site, on the A4110 next to Canon Pyon Parish Hall, is currently occupied by a redundant commercial premises and is on the market with joint agents Sunderlands and Jacksons with a guide price of £800,000.
Sunderlands said the good-sized, level site, which has "easy access to the main highway", has detailed planning consent for the demolition of the current commercial buildings to facilitate a residential development of 10 homes.
