LOCALS have raised concerns over inconsiderate parking outside a rural pub on the Herefordshire border.
During an open discussion at a Bedstone and Bucknell Parish Council meeting, councillors heard how cars were causing problems on the B4367 outside the Sitwell Arms hotel.
The pub and hotel, in the village on the river Redlake, close to the border with Wales and near Leintwardine, was going to be contacted by the council's vice chair Carol Davies.

Draft minutes of February 1's meeting said: "Inconsiderate parking along the roads was causing a problem, particularly after dark.
"There were concerns this could be a police matter, but vice chairman to speak to the landlord as a first step."
But a month later, March 1's draft minutes said Coun Davies had "not yet been able to speak with the landlord" but would do so "as soon as possible".
Coun Will Davies said the problem was worse when a special event was taking place at the pub.
There is a 30mph speed limit through the village outside the pub, but no parking restrictions.
