A NEW Asda On The Move shop is to open at Ross Spur Services off the M50 in south Herefordshire.
Due to open on April 11, the 2,314sq ft site will operate on a 24-hour basis, and will be the supermarket's 137th On The Move shop.
Working in partnership with EG Group, Asda say the move is part of a strategy to create more convenience ways for customers to shop.

The new shop – which replaces Spar – will stock a host of Asda products, including a selection of its premium 'Extra Special' range as well as fresh produce and chilled lines that are traditionally found on fuel forecourts.
There will also be a Subway and Greggs available at the site.

An Asda spokesperson said: "We're always looking for ways to bring Asda's great products to more customers through this partnership with EG Group.
"The popularity of our existing Asda on the Move stores shows us that customers want to be able to pick up essential products or grab a spontaneous treat whilst they're refuelling.
"We look forward to providing that service to customers at our Ross Spur store too."
The Issa brothers, Zuber and Mohsin Issa, own shares in both EG Group and Asda.
