AN ACCUSED Hereford woman has been back up before the magistrates after denying a charge of obstructing a police officer.
Karen Pardoe had been sent for trial after she entered a not guilty plea to one count of obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty when she appeared before magistrates at Hereford's Justice Centre in Bath Street in October.
She appeared before Hereford magistrates again in March, where prosecutor Paul John told the court that the 48-year-old was accused of having wilfully obstructed a police officer who was acting in the execution of her duty in Hereford on October 2.
The case against Pardoe, of Grandison Rise in Hereford, was dismissed at the hearing.
