The court heard from police prosecutor Andy Saunders that the business had failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Land Rover, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, to police in Droitwich, Worcestershire, on September 12.
The business, which is based in Holmer Road's Hereford Trade Park, Hereford, was fined £660 for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken the guilty plea into account when deciding on the penalty.
It was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £110 and a £264 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
