The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 19-year-old had used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause two police officers harassment, alarm, or distress in Leominster on March 26.
He had also used racially aggravated threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause two further police officers harassment, alarm, or distress in Leominster on the same date, the court heard.
The case was adjourned and Biddle, of Foster Crescent, Leominster, was released on unconditional bail. He will appear before magistrates in Kidderminster for sentencing on April 24.
