The court heard from the prosecutor that the 37-year-old, of Trevenant Court in Hereford, had been caught breaking the speed limit in a 30 miles per hour zone while behind the wheel of a Seat in Gloucester Street, Newent, on August 22.
Fleming was fined £220 and received three penalty points for the offence and was ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six weeks, with magistrates saying disqualification was obligatory due to repeat offending.
