POLICE have vowed to crackdown on a masked gang caught on camera riding prohibited e-motorbikes around the Malvern Hills and surrounding areas.
The group was spotted riding off-road electric motorbikes on the famous beauty spot by residents and police have been patrolling the area since the bikes have been spotted.
It is likely officers will seize the bikes in order to destroy them once they are located.
Members of the group were using electric bikes which use a significant amount of power because you do not have to pedal them.

A mountain biker has been reportedly assaulted by the group when he challenged members for riding prohibited bikes on the hills, which sit on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
A spokesperson from West Mercia Police said: "This behavior will not be tolerated and anyone found riding these bikes will be dealt with robustly.
"Anyone purchasing one of these bikes should be well aware that they are not permitted to be ridden on bridal paths and footpaths. As such we will not be giving a warning to the riders."
