HEREFORD Lions Club has shared a major update on its future after the site where it held car boots was sold.
The car boots were held on Saturday mornings and proved popular with sellers and buyers from the city and further afield.
But the land where the car boot was held, a field opposite Bookers warehouse on the Aylestone Hill end of the Roman Road, was sold.

"We are so pleased that we have been able to work swiftly with the new owners, and we thank them so much," the club said as it confirmed it would be staying at the site.
"Sellers are welcome from 7am, buyers are invited to park from 7.45am.
"Please be very careful on the road outside the site, and please be patient with our team of Lions.
"The funds we raise go to help great causes around our community. You're helping us to help others in our locality."
