A HORSE was rescued after falling into a brook in north Herefordshire.
Two crews from Herefordshire & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service was called Bockleton, near Leominster and Bromyard, shortly after 10.05am yesterday (Sunday).
The horse, which was 30-years-old, was released and helped to its feet by fire service personnel, who were working in conjunction with a vet and the farmer.

No other emergency services attended, and the incident was marked as pending closure at 1.14pm.
