A ROOM where you can de-stress by smashing up anything from bottles to plates has opened in Leominster.

The Break Rooms, which is situated on Station Yard, off Worcester Road, allows people 20 minutes to break as many things as they want.

During its first week, around 400 litres worth of glass, crockery, toys and cereamics have been smashed, with 12 of heads beheaded and two batons broken in half.

It is the brain child of husband and wife, Luke and Jasmine Savage who have been thinking of setting up this type of business for the past year.

OTHER NEWS:

"There's nothing like this in this part of the country," said Mr Savage.

"We have made a room where you can smash glass, bottles, plates, ornaments, wardrobes, furniture - basically 20 minutes to make as much mess as you want with no comeback.

"We're also working with charity shops with their waste if they still need to dispose of it."
