A HEREFORDSHIRE nursery has had its garden transformed thanks to the help of woodcare brand, Ronseal.
As part of the company's hit TV show, The Great Garden Revolution, which aired on Channel 4 last summer, the brand launched a competition asking children of nursery or primary school age to submit a drawing of their dream school garden to be in with a chance of having their vision turned into reality.
Now, a sensory path, mud kitchen and games area are just some of the new features that adorn the outdoor space at Credenhill Nursery, near Hereford.

The drawing created by a six-year-old child called Charlie, who was chosen as the winning entry, with Ronseal overseeing the stunning transformation in just two days.
A group of craftsmen led by Bruce Kenneth, a presenter on The Great Garden Revolution, and the team at CM Landscapes in Hereford, completed the project, introducing a number of bespoke new builds including a mud kitchen, wooden-log seating area, sensory path and blackboard walls.
The team also created games for the children to enjoy, including Jenga and the popular American lawn game, Cornhole.

When the transformation was revealed to Charlie, he said: “Wow! This is amazing. I love the Jenga. I can’t wait for my friends to see this after the Easter holidays.”
Credenhill Nursery Manager, Shelly Gummery, said: “We were so excited when we found out that a drawing by one of our children had won this competition – and the transformation itself has not disappointed.
"Our new nursery playground is a vibrant, colourful, sensory joy which our children will enjoy during all seasons, for years to come. Huge thanks for the amazing job by Ronseal and CM Landscapes.”
The transformation also means the garden will become an invaluable community resource, usable in all weathers to support the learning and development of local children.
Jimmy Englezos, Senior Brand Manager at Ronseal, said: “Ronseal is all about helping people to get their DIY jobs done in a simple, no-fuss fashion, and this transformation project is another great example of how we are supporting people to create amazing spaces that make a difference in their communities.
"We hope the children at Credenhill Nursery will get lots of enjoyment from their amazing new nursery garden and games.”
