AN ATTACKER has been found guilty of causing actual bodily harm in an assault in Hereford.
George Taylor was found guilty by magistrates in Hereford in April of one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one count of causing criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 after entering not guilty pleas at an earlier hearing.
The court heard from prosecutor Paul John that the 23-year-old had assaulted a man, causing him actual bodily harm, in an attack in Hereford on December 16.

He had also intentionally or recklessly destroyed a pair of Bose headphones, worth £300, belonging to the same victim on the same date.
Taylor, of Eign Street in Hereford, was ordered to pay total compensation of £550 to the victim and received a 12-month community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and a 12-month restraining order banning him from contacting the victim by any means.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £630.
