A YOUTH has been cautioned after "unacceptable and dangerous behaviour" was reported in a Herefordshire town.

A search was launched for a group of teenagers after officers in Bromyard received a report that a group of three teenagers had been shining lights into the windscreens of cars as they drove through the town centre at around 7pm on February 7.

"This is obviously unacceptable and dangerous behaviour and I am taking steps to identify these boys," PC Lowri Jones said previously.

Anyone who sees antisocial behaviour should report it on 101, or 999 if it is happening there and then.

"Antisocial behaviour can have a detrimental effect on a person," PC Jones said.

"Officers who attended the area were told that it's a regular thing. If we don't know about it, we can't do anything about it."

In an update this morning (April 25), PC Jones confirmed that she had received many responses and through CCTV enquiries had identified the male youth responsible.

"He was interviewed and admitted the offence and was issued a caution," she said.

"Thank you to all those who took the time to reply or speak to me in the street about this."
