MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Nathan Lewis was proven guilty of one charge by magistrates in Worcester in April.
The court heard that the 34-year-old had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a BMW in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Weston under Penyard in Herefordshire on September 28.
Lewis, of Pontshill, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.

David Palfreman entered a guilty plea to one charge to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 46-year-old Ford Transit driver had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A49 at Ross-on-Wye on March 5.
Palfreman, of Little Birch, Herefordshire, was fined £1,000 for the offence and received six penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £400 victim surcharge.
Cameron Patrick Caldwell entered a guilty plea to one charge to magistrates in Worcester in April.
The court heard that the 25-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a BMW in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A417 at Stretton Grandison on December 9.
Caldwell, of Zeus Road, Southend-on-Sea, was fined £807 and received six penalty points. He must also pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £322 victim surcharge.
