A DRUG-driver has been handed a three-year ban after he was caught out in a Hereford street while three times the limit.
Daniel Goodall admitted one count of drug-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in April.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 44-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Seaton Avenue after getting behind the wheel of a silver Ford Fiesta on December 21.

An evidential blood test revealed that Goodall, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Marilena Di Vitantonio, had 30 microgrammes of controlled class A drug cocaine per litre of blood. The legal limit is 10 microgrammes.
Goodall, of Holme Lacy Road in Hereford, was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months and fined £400.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £160 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
