MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Stephen John Crossley entered a guilty plea to one charge to magistrates in Worcester in April.
The court heard that the 69-year-old Vauxhall driver had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Hildersley, Ross-on-Wye, on October 5.
Crossley, of Albert Road, Cinderford, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He must also pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £16 victim surcharge.

Barry Underwood entered a guilty plea to one charge to magistrates in Worcester in April.
The court heard that the 56-year-old had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Jaguar in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig on October 1.
Underwood, of Hundred Acre Road, Sutton Coldfield, was fined £200 and received three penalty points.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £80 victim surcharge.
Anthony Dodd entered a guilty plea to one charge to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the Vauxhall Astra driver had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A480 at Credenhill on October 20.
Dodd, of Knightswood, Hereford, was fined £25 and received five penalty points. He must also pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £90 victim surcharge.
