A WOMAN has been handed a suspended sentence for breaking her stalking protection order by sending social media messages and Amazon deliveries.
Hayley Clarke entered guilty pleas to two charges of breaching a stalking protection order when she appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster in April.
The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 35-year-old had, without reasonable excuse, breaching a stalking protection order which she was made subject to by magistrates in Hereford on March 9 on two occasions in April.

Clarke, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Marilena Di Vitantonio, had contacted a man she was banned from contacting by the order numerous times via a fake account on Twitter and also through the Strava app in Hereford between April 6 and April 10.
She had also contacted the victim on Twitter and sent a delivery of plants to them by Amazon delivery between April 20 and April 24, the court heard.
Clarke, of Kempton Avenue, Hereford, was handed a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 20 months, and a two-year restraining order.
She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £185 and a £187 victim surcharge.
