A HEREFORDSHIRE holiday park celebrated an exciting new development by welcoming Brecon & Radnor MP Fay Jones.
Discover Parks, based in Presteigne, Eardisland and Shobdon, is well known for its five-star award winning holiday accommodation which brings a substantial amount of tourism money into the counties of Herefordshire and Powys.

“Tourism is one of the key industries that drives this part of Radnorshire on the Herefordshire borders," she said.
"We're so lucky that we get visitors from all over the world coming to see us. We have stunning countryside and amazing food, and lovely people."
Planning for 21 new holiday lodges has been granted on the park which is set in the stunning Welsh landscape beneath Offa’s Dyke path that divides English from Wales.
Managing Director Glenn Jones says it’s a huge investment for the company which will benefit the local economy and bring more jobs to the area.
"We already employ over 50 people on our sites in North Herefordshire and are well known and respected for boosting the county’s economy," he said.
"By the end of 2023 Discover Parks hope to have completed this new venture that has been in the pipeline for some time. We were very excited that our local MP Fay Jones came to see us and she was without doubt suitable impressed with our future plans.”
