A BUSINESSMAN has been banned from the roads after he was caught breaking the law in Herefordshire.
Benjamin Luke Roberts entered a guilty plea to one count of exceeding a 40 miles per hour speed limit when he appeared magistrates in Worcester in May.
The court heard that the 52-year-old had been caught out while behind the wheel of a Jaguar in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A4103 Hereford to Worcester road at Fromes Hill in Herefordshire on July 16.

Roberts, of Albert Road, Malvern, was fined £192 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for four months, with magistrates saying a ban was obligatory due to repeat offending.
Magistrates said they had taken his guilty plea into account when deciding on the penalty, and that while a roads ban would have an impact on his business, it was not so serious that it would warrant waiving a disqualification.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £110 and a £77 victim surcharge.
