A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined after being caught driving on a village road while disqualified.
Dean Badham-Williams, of St Davids Rise, Little Dewchurch, was driving a Renault traffic van in the village on May 9.
Adrian Roberts, representing the 32-year-old, said his client had been through some very difficult family proceedings and was an isolated offence which he pleaded guilty to.
Magistrates sitting in Hereford fined him £192 as well as endorsing six penalty points on his licence. He also has to pay court costs of £135 and a £77 victim surcharge.
