A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined after he was caught driving on a village road despite being disqualified.
Dean Badham-Williams, of St Davids Rise, Little Dewchurch, was driving a Renault traffic van in the village on May 9.

Adrian Roberts, representing the 32-year-old, told Hereford Magistrates Court that his client had been through some very difficult family proceedings and it was an isolated incident which he pleaded guilty to.
Magistrates fined him £192 and endorsed six penalty points on his licence.
He was also told to pay £135 in court costs and a £77 victim surcharge.
