MANY children got to have their photograph taken next to fictional Transformers heroes in Hereford today (Thursday).

Toyshop firm, The Entertainer had the Optimus Prime truck parked outside the Black and House which saw dozens of people stand next to it for photos.

And if that wasn't enough for Transformers fans, Bumblebee made a special meet-and-greet appearance outside the Commercial Street store, which saw scores of people queue up.

The Transformers toy-line - which has been around since the 1980s - is typically divided into two main factions - the heroic Autobots and their opponents, the evil Decepticons.
