IRISH comedian Dara O'Briain has urged people to try the "spectacular" food at a remote Herefordshire eatery after recently dining there.
The former host of television show Mock the Week popped into Under the Nut Tree in Kentchurch after performing at the Hay Festival.
He then shared his experience to his 2.6 million Twitter followers.
If you are EVER in the Hereford/Abergavenny area , though, Jesus, please try to get food at “Under The Nut Tree”. It is spectacular. Open air dining in the middle of a garden, all fire-roasted. It is quite magical, and delicious. pic.twitter.com/dOMeTmrfKf

Under the Nut Tree is run by husband and wife Simon and Carolina Morley.
"Dara has been a buddy for over 25 years from when we met at the Edinburgh Fringe," said Mr Morley.

This is a fantastic local enterprise, varied menus, delicious food and unique setting. A real gem tucked away in very rural S. Herefordshire. So glad you enjoyed the local hospitality, Dara."
Samantha Holmes agreed, saying: "Having been I can confirm the food is spectacular and the atmosphere uniquely wonderful."
