A BANNED man broke his restraining order just two days after he was released from prison, a court has heard.
Christopher Berrow entered a guilty plea to one count of harassment by breach of a restraining order when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in June.
The court heard from prosecutor Valerie Hart that the 42-year-old, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Marilena Di Vitantonio, had been made subject to a restraining order by Worcester Crown Court on May 26, 2021.

But, magistrates were told, he had broken that order without reasonable excuse in Hereford on June 11, calling the house phone of a woman protected by the order, which he was prohibited from doing.
Magistrates said the offence was aggravated as it took place just two days after Berrow had been released from prison.
Berrow, of Anston Court, Holmer, was handed a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for six months as it was a single incident.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £185.
