AN AUDI driver has been found not guilty by a court after he was charged with drug driving in Herefordshire.
Alexander Kalwaites appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in June after entering a not guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit at a hearing in August last year.

The court heard from the prosecutor that the 24-year-old was accused of driving a grey Audi TTS on the A49 at Callow in Herefordshire with 3.7 microgrammes of controlled class B drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood on April 16 last year. The legal limit is two microgrammes.
Kalwaites, of Eggleton Lane, Holmer, was found not guilty of the offence as no evidence was offered.
The case was dismissed and the prosecution was ordered to pay costs fo £540 to Kalwaites.
