WITH the amount of money that has been wasted talking about the bypass for last 30 years, it could have been built.
A bypass is definitely needed, as from people I speak to, nobody wants to go to Hereford as you’re stuck in traffic for ages and when you get there, met with expensive parking and a city centre that looks like a deprived area.

Half of the shops are boarded up and the rest are either charity shops, phone shops, bookmakers, or coffee shops and no customers because nobody can be bothered to queue in traffic to go to Hereford.
The city is already finished and is a disgrace. Go to Abergavenny, which is actually a nice place to shop full of independent shops!
