A BMW driver who was caught out on her mobile phone as she drove along the M50 motorway in Herefordshire has been fined hundreds of pounds.
Victoria Watts was proven guilty of one count of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving a motor vehicle on a road by magistrates in Worcester in June.

The court heard that the 46-year-old had been caught out on the M50 motorway in Herefordshire using a handheld mobile phone while behind the wheel of her BMW on November 20.
Watts, of Towrise, Banbury, was fined £660 and received six penalty points on her licence for the offence.
She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £264 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
