A HEREFORDSHIRE attacker caused actual bodily harm to another man in an assault, a court has heard.
Austin Clarke entered a guilty plea to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm when he appeared before magistrates in Swindon.
The court heard from prosecutor Asha Seenauth that the 45-year-old, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Stephen Collins had assaulted a man in Milbourne, Wiltshire, on April 10 last year.

He had caused the man actual bodily harm in the attack, magistrates were told.
The case was adjourned for sentencing, with a pre-sentencing report ordered to be carried out by the probation service ahead of the next hearing.
Clarke, of Eardisley, Herefordshire, was released on unconditional bail.
He will appear before magistrates in Swindon next for sentencing on July 24.
