A BANNED man who was caught out on the roads despite being disqualified has been handed a further ban by magistrates.
Alexander Bingham entered guilty pleas to one count of driving while disqualified and one count of using a vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance to magistrates in Hereford in June.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 34-year-old, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Chris Read, had been caught out on the A438 in Hereford after getting behind the wheel of a Mercedes on October 30.

He was disqualified from driving at the time and was driving without a valid insurance policy in place, the court was told.
Bingham, whose address was given as HMP Bristol, was disqualified from driving for four months and fined £120, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135.
