I COMPLETELY agree that Hereford is a disgrace (Don't bother going to Hereford - it's a disgrace!).
Money was wasted on the development of the Old Market, which councillors said would not affect the old city centre.

Well, it has. Shops are closing all over the city, with more charity shops opening, and parking is a joke.
We need something done soon or our city will be gone forever.
