The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 23-year-old had been caught in possession of a quantity of controlled class B drug cannabis with intent to supply the illegal drug to another person in Peterstow in Herefordshire on February 20.
The case was sent to the crown court for sentencing, and Kostorz, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Andrew Cleal was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing, while a pre-sentencing report was ordered to be carried out by the probation service.
Kostorz, who gave the court a 'care of' address in Hereford, will appear before Worcester Crown Court for sentencing on August 4.
