The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 21-year-old had been drunk and disorderly during an incident in Hereford's Commercial Road on May 21.
Pearce, of Ferndale Road, Hereford, was fined £400 for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when coming to their decision on the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £160 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
