THE shops in Maylord Orchards were emptied to provide space for the library.
That has now been put on hold and we now have more empty shops (Library and museum closure date).
The library is going to be moved [temporarily] to Friars Street, which seems more out of the way. Will people want to go that far to visit?

I enjoy going to the library and visit regularly but being in Broad Street is as far as I want to go, so not sure if I will be visiting until it is at its final place.
I expect there will be others of the same conclusion.
