A STALKER repeatedly followed a woman and demanded money from her in a Herefordshire town.
Christopher Fairley, 36, of Middlemarsh, Leominster, entered a guilty plea to one count of stalking when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in July.
The court heard from prosecutor Paul John that Fairley had pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a woman in Leominster between February 14 and June 6.

Fairley, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Marilena Di Vitantonio, had attended her place of work, followed her on numerous occasions, and demanded money from her, magistrates were told.
He was released on bail with a condition not to contact the victim directly or indirectly to allow for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out by the probation service.
He will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on August 15.
