The Nationwide Building Society team in Leominster celebrated this special day on July 5 with a birthday cake for its members and a visit from John Bates, the manager who originally launched the branch which, at the time, was known as the Staffordshire Building Society.

A prize draw was organised to raise funds for Echo, a local charity, with fabulous prizes very kindly donated by local businesses, for which the team were very grateful.
Children from Leominster Primary School and Nursery put their artistic skills into practice by drawing some lovely pictures and birthday cards to brighten up the branch and help celebrate the 50-year milestone.
Rachel Rogers the branch manager and the team at Nationwide are very proud to continue to support its members in Leominster and the surrounding areas with their financial needs.
