The Bridge Inn, set beside the Escley Brook in Michaelchurch Escley is on the market (leasehold) with commercial agents Sidney Phillips for £35,000.
The country pub, which dates back to the 16th century, features a character bar, two restaurant areas with space for 40 covers, and an extensive patio with seating for 80, the listing said.
