Update: Investigation launched into industrial accident death in Herefordshire
A MAN has died after an incident at a farm in Herefordshire this morning (July 28).
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to a farm off the B4220 near Cradley at 10.38am this morning.

The service sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “Crews arrived to find a man in a critical condition and immediately began administering advanced life support.
“Sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts, it became apparent nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.
