A CLOSED Herefordshire pub is up for sale with offers invited.
The Amberley Arms, set between Sutton St Nicholas and Marden, has been closed for several years.
It is now on the market with agents Pantera Property, with offers invited.
The agents said that the pub comprises a detached brick-built, two-storey public house with residential accommodation above.
The upstairs accommodation offers a reception room, kitchen, utility, and two bedrooms, the agents said.

Outside, the plot extends to 3.28 acres, with a large car park to the front and a detached outbuilding.
The agents said the pub comes with vacant possession, has development potential, and that there is room to improve it.
A planning application for proposed extensions and refurbishment including a new restaurant, kitchen, lounge, bar, local produce sales area and extension to the first-floor accommodation, as well as a car parking, play area, and picnic area, and four holiday letting units, 12 glamping pods with amenity block, and associated site access road was approved with conditions (pending Section 106 agreement) in January 2018.
