A "HIGHLY-rated" business has been put on the market in Herefordshire due to ill health.

Il Vigneto in Leominster's West Street has been listed with commercial agents Hilton Smythe for £75,000.

The business opened in 2022 and has quickly built up an "excellent reputation and regular client base," the agents said.

"The many fantastic online reviews and ratings show that the business is extremely popular within the local community."

The "highly rated" restaurant is reluctantly up for sale due to ill health, Hilton Smythe said.

Specialising in authentic Italian food and wine, the restaurant offers a range of dishes, with dedicated pizza days and more, and offers both dine-in and takeaway options.

Hilton Smythe said the sale of the "turnkey business" will include all the fixtures and fittings, all kitchen equipment, and the company website and social media platforms, and offers a real opportunity to increase turnover and profits significantly by taking steps such as extending opening hours, exploring online voucher discounters, and introducing a delivery service.
