The crashes closed the A480 at Norton Canon and the A49 at Hope under Dinmore on August 14.
Emergency crews were called to the crash on the A49 at around 4.30pm, where they found a small van and a motorbike had been involved in a crash.
The road was closed in both directions and two casualties, a man and a woman, were left in the care of the ambulance service, a fire service spokesperson said.
Police have since confirmed that a man suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash and has been taken to hospital for treatment.
